You are dealing with a direct dealer that has relations with some of the largest master distributors and manufacturers in the US. We streamline our overhead and pass on the savings to you!

- How accurate is your inventory stock?
We update our website with the warehouse data once per day. We typically have many units on hand but if we only have (1) we suggest you drop us a note to check inventory. If by chance you place an order and an item is out of stock we will quickly notify you and VOID the credit card transaction. We will also provide you an ETA of restock just in case.

- How do I track my order?
When you place an order you will want to setup an account. Within your account you will be able to obtain tracking information when your item(s) ship. If you do not setup an account you will receive e-mail updates with tracking information.

- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship out within 1-2 days of when placed. ALL order shipped out 3-day or 2-day ship SAME DAY if placed before 2:00pm EST. If we don't have an item in stock (we update inventory once per day on the website) we notify you immediately and VOID the credit card purchase (it won't even hit your credit card).

- What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. Our processing credit card company is with Authorize.net. Please see seal at footer to verify we are an authorized merchant.

- What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product, you can request an RMA and we will ship you the correct item (our expense).

- How do I cancel my order/item?
FedTactical.com strives to process your order as quickly as possible. In our effort to prevent delays, the period of time available to cancel an order is short. You may elect to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not entered the "packaging order" process. An item that is in the "packaging order" process cannot be canceled because it is being picked from the shelves, packaged, and stacked on the loading dock (with a shipping label already generated).

- Do you ship internationally?
We do not. We only ship to the domestic United States.

- Are your products factory seconds, open boxes, or refurbished?
All of our merchandise is 100% new in the box from the factory (with full manufacturers warranty).

- What will it cost me to ship an order to my zip code?
You can get an estimate directly from our shopping cart. All you need to do is add the selected items to your shopping cart, and then click estimate shipping.
